Our mission is to expose Central PA students to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and career paths for those who wish to work directly after high school graduation. We aim to champion the brilliance of our students in Central PA. See past participants here.
Our 2026 Keynote Speaker: Brandon J. Miller, PhDc, Lincoln University

Brandon J. Miller is a higher education administrator, educator, and community leader who helps students, alumni, and institutions turn potential into purposeful achievement. As Director of Annual Giving & Alumni Engagement at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, he leads strategic efforts that strengthen donor participation and build a culture of philanthropy that supports students and the University’s long-term mission. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor in Lincoln University’s Criminal Justice Department, where he connects theory to real-world issues while mentoring students toward academic, professional, and civic success.
His work is especially focused on developing emerging leaders, creating pathways for student belonging and career readiness, cultivating meaningful alumni and community partnerships, and helping institutions align people, purpose, and resources around measurable impact.

We hosted our 2026 Fair to a phenomenal group of Central PA high school students! To our Dickinson College partner, thank you for being a gracious host.
Fair Highlights:
The Fair’s Founder, Dorene Wilbur, was presented with an official proclamation from Lt. Governor, Austin Davis.
Keynote speaker, Brandon J. Miller, of Lincoln University, delivered an engaging and thoughtful speech.
Complimentary lunch and breakfast were provided for students, chaperones, presenters, and reps.
HBCU reps and workforce professionals engaged students about post-graduation options.
Three current college professors hosted a session that captured our student’s attention.
Red Patch Photography Studios of Harrisburg, PA, graciously volunteered to take student headshots.
